Big Walks in Big Mountains

After an amazing 22 days trekking in the Annapurna region of Nepal, I'm getting ready for the long plane rides home. We have 4 more days until arriving back home in Boulder. I can't wait to see my friends and family and get back on my bicycles. Walking all day sure does wear you out. The trip has been an amazing journey, but I'm excited to get back home and see what comes next.

Here are a couple of pics from the trek. I will post more when I get home next week.

Machhapuchhare, also know as fish tail mountain. 22,944 ft (6993 m) This is the view looking down from the Annapurna Base Camp

Annapurna Base Camp. Annapurna I (26546 ft, 8091 m) on the right, and Annapurna South (23,685 ft, 7219 m) on the left.
